We are in Ohio, USA. All of our products, except as otherwise marked, are manufactured and distributed from right here!
What are the advantages to wood?
We believe there are endless benefits to wooden products. Just to name a few:
- Wood has a beautiful natural aesthetic, the depth of which cannot be replicated quite the same with veneers and coatings.

- The high-quality woods we use in our products are exceptionally durable, ensuring they maintain their functionality even with regular wear and tear.

Do you offer custom or personalized products?
Yes! Since we are a small business, we can personalize your order. If you have a request for any of our products (engraving, color, wood species, etc.), please contact sales@lowwoodandmetal.com before placing an order and let us know what you are thinking.
What is your return/exchange policy?
In general, we accept returns for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days if the item is in the original, unused condition. Orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. For more details on our return policy, please click here.
Why is there a restocking fee for returns/cancellations?
Our payment process charges fee for the services they provide us, regardless of whether an order is refunded. This means that if an order is placed, then cancelled or returned, even immediately, we are assessed a fee based on the percentage of the order. As a small business, the restocking fee helps protect us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we cannot accept international orders via our website. If you live outside of the United States and wish to purchase one of our products, please let us know at sales@lowwoodandmetal.com
